Imagine an orchestra warming up.

Every instrument works.

The tuning forks produce a pure, steady frequency that your body naturally wants to match. This is called resonance or entrainment or coherence.

— Why This Works

Sound Is Voltage

Our bodies are electrical systems — our cells, organs, nervous system, biofield — all operate via electromagnetic energy and vibration.
When the “voltage” of your body drops — when there is resistance, static, or noise in the system — you lose coherence, and that’s when symptoms show up (fatigue, pain, “stuckness”, emotional blocks).
Sound is vibration; vibration influences electrical patterns. As the author says: “sound is nothing more than vibration… vibrations affect vibrations.”
The energetic field (biofield) around the body seems to holds memories, traumas and patterns — and sometimes unprocessed ones can show up as dissonance in the field.
By using tuning forks and sound frequencies, a practitioner can locate areas of disturbance and guide the system back into coherence — allowing blocked energy to release and the body’s natural flow to restore.
The fork’s sound sends information back to the practioner – like how a bat uses sonar to locate something more or less dense.

What I do

I use acoustic to help move and release your energetic knots — like a massage, but for your energy instead of your muscles.

As I move the fork around your body, the sound and vibration can change. If it becomes sharp, flat, or wobbly, that tells me there’s tension, stress, or unprocessed emotion held in that area of your energy field.

I stay with that spot — holding the fork and grounding the energy — until the sound becomes smooth and clear again. That shift means your system is reorganizing and the energy is coming back into balance. I then guide that energy back into the body’s main energy centers so it can be processed.

The vibration of the tuning fork helps move that energy so your body can finally feel it, release it, and let it integrate.

People often feel warmth, tingling, muscle twitches, a sigh, or an emotional wave — that’s the energy starting to flow again. Some people will experience detox symptoms for a short period after their session, followed by feeling better than they have in a long time.

Sound balancing supports relaxation, stress relief, emotional release, and can help with anxiety, disease, and trauma-related tension. Most people leave feeling lighter, clearer, and calmer.

How It Works

What Happens During a Session

Your Sound Balancing Experience

You arrive (in-person or remote). We begin with a brief intake: your current stressors, physical/emotional sensations, what you’re seeking.
You lie fully clothed (if in-person) or get comfortable (if remote). Your practitioner uses tuning forks (and optionally other sound tools) to scan your biofield, listening and sensing for areas of resistance or turbulence.
When a region of dissonance is found (often tied to an emotional or memory imprint), the tuning forks’ vibration serves as a kind of “magnet + metronome” to help the body reorganize its energy and release blocked tension.
You may feel shifts: heat or coolness, emotions surfacing gently, a sense of “lightness” as the system re-balances. Many clients report feeling clearer, calmer, and more energized after a session.
We finish with integration: a short grounding exercise, suggestions for after-care (e.g., hydration, rest, gentle movement). Then you’re set to carry your recalibrated energy into your next chapter.

Pricing

All Services rated at $144 per 55 minute session.

Curious Human Special is $55 for a 25 minute Biofield Tuning chair session.
Try before committing to a full session.

Current Pricing Special is 3 Sessions for $333.
That can be either a back to back session or separate appointments.
Sessions can be combined with Bio-well Services.
Sessions expire after 1 year.

Options of Offerings:

Tuning the personal Biofield using unweighted forks (sound producing) that are not placed on the body, but activated around the body in dissonant areas to make and adjustment.
Weighted Fork Session using vibration (no sound) from forks with barrels on the ends that muffle sound but the resulting vibration from activation is directed into the body to increase energy and flow - and it feels really good!

Every Session Is Personalized
I don't believe everyone needs the same approach.
After listening to what your body is communicating, your session may include one or more of the following:

• Biofield Tuning using unweighted tuning forks around the body.
• Weighted tuning forks applied directly to the body to introduce vibration into areas that may benefit from additional support.
• A combination of techniques, depending on what your body is asking for that day.

Every session is unique because every person is unique.

Here are consdierations that might keep you from pursuing specific types of tunning:

Cancer

Detox pathways are often too compromised and the body doesn’t have the resources to manage the process. Detox could be severe.

Tumors

Some tumors seem to be irritated by tuning.

Terminal Illness

Body systems are compromised and do not have capacity to digest energy.

Pregnancy

Strong tuning could potentially send client into detox so there would be a risk for miscarriage

Pacemaker or other implanted medical devices

Tuning forks could interfere with these devices

Recent Concussions

When the brain is swollen and takes a while for inflammation to resolve. A general rule would be to wait at least 3-6 months before doing a tuning specifically on the head.

Morbid Obesity

Treatment is not necessarily contraindicated, but can create profound detox. There are suppressed emotions held in fat cells.

Is this safe?
Yes. Sound balancing is non-invasive, gentle and done while fully clothed. The tuning forks interact with your energy field but do not require medicine or devices. If you have pacemaker, implants, or are pregnant, please contact before booking.

How many sessions will I need?
In general, most people need at least three upon beginning, then shift to once a month. Some clients feel subtle shifts immediately; others work over several sessions to resolve deeper patterns. It depends on your system and intention.

Can this replace my doctor/therapist?
No. While this modality is powerful, it is complementary. Always continue to follow medical or psychological advice when you have a diagnosed condition or are under care.

What does it feel like?
Many describe it as a “release”, “a shift in energy”, feeling lighter, or a change in sensation. Others may feel emotions surface as part of the re-balancing.

Do I need to do anything before/after?
Before: come as you are, hydrated, open. After: allow time for integration, hydrate, rest if needed, notice subtle shifts over the days following.
