— About Electric Health

Everything is Energy

Everything in and around you is energy—moving, carrying information, and doing work.

Your body runs on electrical currents - on both micro and macro levels.

When that flow is steady and clear, you feel focused, calm, and resilient. When it’s low or “noisy,” you feel tired, foggy, and off.

That’s electric health.

— What is Electric health?

Electric Health

Electric health is the state of your body’s electrical system—how well your cells hold charge, how smoothly signals travel, and how cleanly your body’s energy field (“biofield”) organizes your physiology and emotions. Think of it like good Wi-Fi + good battery life for your whole system.

  • Cells are tiny batteries. Healthy cells keep a voltage (charge) across their membranes that powers life processes—repair, immunity, and energy (ATP). When voltage drops, healing slows. Source: Tennant Institute

  • pH and voltage are linked. More electrons (higher voltage) generally correlates with a more alkaline (higher pH) internal environment that supports repair. Simplified from Dr. Jerry Tennant’s “Healing is Voltage.”

  • Beyond nerves and cells, research describes a biofield—a structured field of electromagnetic and other subtle energies that surrounds and flows through you. It helps coordinate everything from stress responses to tissue repair. Sound-based methods (like tuning forks) can help find and reduce “noise” in this field.

Everyday Things That Impact Your Energy

Why You Might Feel Drained

  • Poor sleep

  • Overexposure to artificial lighting and at the wrong time of day

  • EMF & Bluetooth signaling confuse communication and zap energy

  • Dehydration & low minerals

  • Processed foods & blood sugar swings

  • Chronic stress

  • Unprocessed Emotion

  • Stacked “noise” in the system

  • Sedentary time – movement creates charge

  •  Technology overuse (few movement-driven electrical signals)
These sap cellular voltage and scramble biofield organization—showing up as fatigue, brain fog, and low resilience.

Simple Ways to Raise Your Voltage

  • Morning light kick-starts circadian rhythm and cellular energy
  • Movement – motion creates charge.
  • Minerals + hydration – electrolytes carry current.
  • Protein & whole foods – steadier blood sugar = steadier charge.
  • Breathing moves energy.
  • Sound and coherent vibration bring steadiness and order – sound reduce “noise.”
  • Earthing and Grounding – just like a battery, think of the earth as both charging what we need and discharging what we don’t.
  • Time in nature – more electrons, less stress.
  • Quality sleep – nightly repair = better charge tomorrow.

Quick FAQ

What?

Is this “real science” or just vibes?
There’s a growing research framework for the biofield—fields generated by living systems that help regulate health. It’s  evolving, but peer-reviewed studies exist and are expanding. Pubmed: Explore more here: https://electrichealth.com

Why talk about electricity instead of just chemistry?
Electrical signals are the language your chemistry follows. Charge (voltage) and field organization influence how well chemical reactions and repairs happen. Tennant Institute

Can I measure progress?
Yes—by tracking how you feel (sleep, focus, mood), functional markers (HRV, energy), and repeat energy assessments over time.
